Emmanuelites were again welcomed at the home of our generous hosts on the lake for the annual picnic on June 25th, for which we are all grateful. Before saying grace, Canon Michael blessed the hosts on their 52nd Wedding Anniversary. We also had the joy of having Rev. John Beach, our former rector, and Denise Bénéteau with us. It was a beautiful day. Food was plentiful, conversations more so. The lake was temptingly inviting. It was a wonderful, relaxed day with our church family.
